Joint pain is a common medical condition and it can vary from mild to severe. The pain can be reduced after some time and after plenty of rest but it also can be quite unbearable some times. The pain is especially severe if arthritis appears which can affect various body parts.

1. Make a bath with ACV- Prepare a foot bath with apple cider vinegar. You just need to mix 6 cups of water and some ACV and put your feet in the mixture. If you have neck pain, apply on the neck the previously soaked cotton cloth in the mixture. This can be used on any other area.
2. Coconut oil and ACV- Mix coconut oil and ACV and threat joint pain topically. Use 1 tablespoons of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of ACV and mix them. Then apply on the painful areas. Rub in the mixture and wait for couple of minutes for better results.
