A recent study conducted by Taiwan University found that tomato juice can significantly increase weight loss results. Namely, the study involved women of different age, origin and weight, who were given one glass or 250ml of tomato juice every day for two months.

Homemade Tomato Juice Recipe
You can easily prepare tomato juice at home. For this you’ll need:
- 4kg of tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 4 tbsp. sugar
Wash the tomatoes well. After grinding them, put them in a cooking pot and add the salt and sugar. Cook the mixture for about ten minutes while stirring frequently. Leave the juice to cool off then pour it in glass jars and close well. Keep the tomato juice refrigerated for longer shelf life.
