– 1 cucumber
– 3 garlic cloves
– ½ -1 tablespoon ACV
– A few spoonfuls of water
– slice the cucumber nicely
– peel and crush the garlic
– put the ingredients into a large glass bowl
– add the vinegar and water
– serve with mint leaves to taste
