- 2 cups of purified water
- 1 cup of peeled, finely chopped ginger
- Sparkling water
- 1 lime, juiced
- Raw honey for taste
- Lime wedges for garnish
How to make it:
- Boil the 2 cups of water andadd the ginger. Reduce the heat to low and leave the ginger to sit in the simmering water for 5 minutes
- Remove it from heat and filter it through a kitchen strainer.
