Onion Soup Recipe
- 3 large yellow onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup of chopped oregano
- 4 cups of water
- Himalayan salt for better taste
How to prepare the soup?
Dice the onion and garlic. Add them into the boiled water together with oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes until the onion becomes soft. Consume the soup and then you will start sweating.
Additional Onion Remedy
Place a previously cut onion on your feet and put on cotton socks before going to bed. Remove the onion slices in the morning. If you still have flu symptoms, repeat the treatment every night until the symptoms disappear.
