We bring you their daily menu of 1,500 calories with which the singer achieved thinner body than ever before.
Breakfast:
Brunch:

- ¾ cup of cereal
Lunch:
- 2 whole meal tortillas stuffed with:
- 1 cup of beans
- ¼ cup avocado
- Chopped tomatoes and lettuce if desired
- Braised kale with one teaspoon of flax-seed oil

Dinner:
- Tofu and boiled young pods
- ½ cup brown rice
- ½ cup fresh fruit
