The vegan diet  which lasts 22 days was the choice of the star Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z, because in his 44th Birthday they decided to enter  a new challenge and as a healthier way of eating. We bring you their daily menu of 1,500 calories with which the singer achieved thinner body than ever before.

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup orange juice

Brunch:

  • 1 cup soy milk with added calcium
  • ¾ cup of cereal

Lunch:

  • 2 whole meal tortillas stuffed with:
  • 1 cup of beans
  • ¼ cup avocado
  •  Chopped tomatoes and lettuce if desired
  • Braised kale with one teaspoon of flax-seed oil
  • 1 cup soy milk with added calcium

Dinner:

  • Tofu and boiled young pods
  • ½ cup brown rice
  • ½ cup fresh fruit
