Unlike strenuous workouts, this exercise is both simple and effective. It only takes a few repetitions and a resistance band to get your glutes burning. Providing you spare a couple of minutes a day, it’ll take you less than a month to get the buttocks you’ve always dreamed of. This exercise is perfect for any flat butt.
DIRECTIONS:

Your knees and elbows on the ground, get into the position shown on the picture. Make sure your back is straight.

Hold on to both ends of the resistance band. The middle of the band should be under your left foot.

Holding the band firmly, draw your belly in and stretch out your left leg backwards.

Return your knee in the starting position, but make sure it doesn’t touch the ground.

Do 3 sets of 15-20 repetitions for each leg.
