But if it becomes a habit, it can have long – term effects on the body, and even lead to some chronic diseases.

Every time you skip a meal, you stop the supply of fuel that your body runs on. Causing the blood sugar levels to drop and the body experiences a shortage of energy. There are no shortcuts, and in the long run, skipping meals will only harm you. It’s much better to design a sustainable exercising and eating plan and insert it as a part of your every day life.
