Oriental tea for health
- half a teaspoon of ginger
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- half a teaspoon of clove
- 1/6 teaspoon turmeric
- pinch of cardamom
- glass and water
- half a glass of milk
- If you want, you can also add a little honey.
Mix all the spices and pour them in a glass and a half of boiling water.
If you do not ground the spices, but you’re making tea from the seeds, you must leave the tea to boil and cook it over low heat for 5 minutes.
Mix well. Then add half a cup of hot milk.
