  • 15 fresh lemons
  • 400g fresh walnuts
  • 400g sprouted grains (green wheat)
  • 1kg natural honey

How to cook sprouted grains?

First, put the green wheat in a glass bowl. Add some water, just enough to cover the wheat. Leave it to soak overnight or for at least 12 hours. Drain the wheat the next morning, wash it with water, and drain again. Use gauze for straining. Finally, put the wheat in the bowl again and leave it for 24 hours.


Grind the walnuts, garlic cloves and sprouted wheat in a grinder. Continue with grinding 5 unpeeled lemons, which you then add to the previous mixture. Squeeze the other 10 lemons and add the lemon juice to the mixture. Mix everything together until well-blended. In the end, add the honey using a wooden spoon to mix it.
