Smoothie from Yoghurt, Chocolate and Raspberries
Half a cup of almond or soy milk (can be with or without milk).
- 1 yogurt
- 1 cup of raspberries
- ¼ cup of grated chocolate
- 1 handful of ice
- A few drops of vanilla extract
In a blender put milk (if using), yogurt, vanilla, chocolate and fresh raspberries and add ice.Mix for about a minute.
Pour the drink into a glass and enjoy a thick, refreshing meal.

- 1 tablespoon of flax-seed oil
- A handful of ice
Insert the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture. Drink the smoothie between meals.
