  • 1/2 cup of raw brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


Grind the brown rice until you get a powder. You can use coffee grinder.

Prepare a mixture from all ingredients and stir them until you get a compound mixture

Make sure your hands are dry and then apply the mixture. Massage them with circular movements in the same time making a gentle pressure for 1-2 minutes.

After rinsing them, apply the hand cream which you use every day.
