Refreshing Fruit Salad


The list of healing properties of blueberries is pretty long and according to neurological research, there is nothing out there that could be an ideal substituted.

Blueberries Improve eyesight, treat arteries, strength blood vessels, prevent urinary infections and control weight.

Therefore we present a summer and easy recipe that is rich with carbohydrates and is intended for children and physically active people. It is not recommended for diabetics and those on a diet with excess pounds.

Ingredients:Refreshing fruit salad

1 red grapefruit

1 yellow grapefruit

200 grams of blueberries

1 apple

1 kiwi


100 ml. orange juice

lemon juice

30 grams Honey

Preparation: Red and yellow grapefruit clean and cut into circles. Arrange fruit in circles in a bowl. Clean the apple, remove the seeds, cut into cubes and place in the middle of the plate. Through the apple serve the blueberry. Mix the honey with the juice of lemon and orange, mix and pour the fruit. Serve this honey fruit salad.
