  • 2 cans low-sodium, organic chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)

Preheat the oven to 400oF and start preparing the chickpeas. Rinse them with some water and dry them off. Tale a large bowl and mix the curry and coconut oil until they’re combined.
