Many of us have heard about the tiny population known as the Hunzas who live in the Northern part of India. These people are believed to be the healthiest, longest-lived, and happiest people on the Earth. They bath in cold water and give birth do babies at the age of 65. They consume exclusively raw food, and during winter eat the same food, but dried, particularly apricots, sheep cheese and germinated seed.
They have a fasting period known as “the starving spring” during which they don`t eat anything. In a period of 2-4 months they only drink water and eat apricots seeds.
Abdul Mobuda, one of the Hunza people, once shocked the workers of the IRS when he showed his passport and they saw he is 160 year old. The IRS workers didn`t believe him until they checked that he was really born 160 years ago and that almost all people from Hunza valley have the same lifespan.
