- The infusion of elder
- 5 grams of dried elder flowers
- 2 pieces of grated ginger
- 250 ml of water
- A few drops of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Elder flowers cover with 250ml boiling water. Let it stand for two minutes, then add the grated ginger and leave for five minutes. Strain and add a tablespoon of honey .Drink one cup of this drink at least four times a day, if you are very sick consummate every two hours. Steam Bath elderberry
1 tablespoon elderflower and 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers pour over 300ml of hot water. Let stand for a few minutes and then pour the mixture into a saucepan, cover your head with a towel and inhale it. Repeat at least three times a day to loosen the airways and kick secretion.
