Spring allergies have always been common and unpleasant phenomenon, which rarely can be cured naturally. But for those people with a weakened immune system and damaged mucosa, we suggest juice that overcomes all spring allergies.
- 1 medium sized carrot
- 2 large oranges
- ½ cucumbers
- 5-10 mint leaves
- 20 grams of fresh ginger
Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C which protects your immune system, while Mint is an excellent natural inhalation for respiratory tract that usually suffer when spring allergies are present.
Ginger reduces headaches that can result from frequent sneezing, and besides it is an effective antioxidant.
Wash the fruit and peel. Chop all fruits into small pieces and place them in blender. At the end add mint leaves. Keep the drink in the fridge and eat it on empty stomach, before breakfast. Daily one cup is sufficient dose.
