This simple drink is a natural fat blaster. The combination of lemon and celery is perfect for digestion and burning fat, and it is especially good at settling a disturbed stomach after eating.
- 400 grams of celery
- 1 kg of lemon
Grate 400 g celery root. Add 2l water and grate a little lemon peel. Cook for 20 minutes, then leave it to cool off for 5-6 hours. Squeeze 1 kg of lemon and add it to the previous mixture. Strain the liquid through a sieve and pour into a glass bottle.
Take this drink before meals three times a day. Drink about 1 dl, or you can also dissolve it with water.
Keep it in the fridge.
