No doubt the magical ingredient it uses is rice. This recipe has a long tradition among Japanese women, who seem to have found the perfect, natural solution to improving skin health. - 2-3 tbsps. rice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. milk
Add 2-3 tablespoons of rice to some water and cook until the rice softens. Wash the rice with clean water and put it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of milk and mix well.
