  • Coconut oil
  • Baking soda

The first thing you need to do before starting the treatment is determine your skin type. It’s also important to know what you are using it for. If your skin is rather sensitive, combine coconut oil and baking soda in a 2:1 radio, respectively. If you’re using it more for exfoliating purposes, a 1:1 ratio is more beneficial.

The method of preparation is really simple. Mix the 2 ingredients and apply the mixture gently to a clean face. If you want a deep conditioning treatment, leave the mask on for a few minutes. Otherwise, just rinse it off with lukewarm water 5 minutes after application. For best results, always use a freshly mixed mask. In other words, make enough mixture for 1 treatment.
