  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is an excellent natural remedy for treating foot blisters. This plant has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and can reduce redness and inflammation. Moreover, due to its high water content, aloe vera hydrates the affected area and speeds up the healing process, especially if the blister is torn.

Apply fresh aloe vera gel to your blister and let it dry. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Another option is to combine aloe vera gel with one vitamin E capsule.

Both black and green tea act as anti-inflammatories, but it has been proved that green tea has more powerful anti-inflammatory effect than black tea.
