The first thing you need to do is keep a food diary. Note down what, when and how much you eat as precisely as you can. Your morning should start with a glass of warm water and fresh lemon juice (1 lemon squeezed). This drink will stimulate the fat burning process and improve your metabolism. Exercise 3

Lie on the back and lift your legs up. Place your hands under your head and push your elbows as much as you can backwards. Now touch your left knee with the right elbow and vice versa. Repeat 3 sets, 8 reps each.
