40 grams of rucola, 40 grams of lettuce , 2 large fresh cucumber,40 g green olives, 1 green pepper,1 tomato, cashews, basil ,a little balsamic vinegar ,olive oil.
Salt is not necessary for olives, but if you cannot eat without it, then put quite a bit of sea salt.
For lunch and dinner, eat green and black olives, but they must be chopped.
