Harvest some closed St. John’s Wort buds, and dry them for 3-4 days.
- 4 tablespoons of St. John’s Wort buds
- 500 ml of high quality olive oil
In a glass bottle put the buds and pour the 500 ml of high quality olive oil.
Leave the bottle to stay in the sun for 40 days and then strain it.
Drink one tablespoon, 3 times a day before a meal.
