  • 3-4 spoons of honey


Cut the carrots into slices. Pour some water over them and boil until they become soft. Then, remove them from the heat and mash them in a blender, or using a fork.

Store the water in which the carrots were boiled. Then, add the water in the mashed carrots. Keep it in the fridge or in a cold place (8-10 C degrees/ 46-50 Fahrenheit).
