If you smoke for more than five years, it is likely to have bronchitis, which is characterized by cough. If you cannot quit the cigarettes, you can at least use this remedy for the annoying cough.

The cure is simple and consists of a yellow onion, water, brown sugar, turmeric and ginger.

Recipe:

  • 400 g yellow onion
  • One liter of water
  • 400 g brown sugar
  • Two teaspoons of turmeric
  • Small, peeled ginger root


Preparation:

In a bowl, pour the water with brown sugar, slowly and wait for it to boil. Then in the mixture add the cleaned yellow onions which have previously been chopped into quarters. In the mixture, add the grated ginger root and the turmeric. When the ingredients boil, reduce the heat. When the mixture bowling is reduced by half, remove it from the stove. Let the mixture to cool down and pour it in a jar. Leave it for an hour or two at room temperature, and then store it in the refrigerator.

Application:

Take two tablespoons in the morning, on an empty stomach and in the evening, two hours after eating.
