WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Press your right nostril with your thumb and hold so as to block the air passage. Breathe in and out through your left nostril. Then, repeat the method on your left nostril while breathing in and out on your right one.
Repeat the exercise for 5 minutes by alternately pressing your left and right nostril.
