The primary purpose of this recipe is treatment and prevention of clogged arteries, a condition known as arteriosclerosis, along with regulation of blood cholesterol. - 4 big cloves of garlic
- 4 lemons (unpeeled)
- 1-1.5 inch long ginger root or 2 tablespoons of ginger powder
- 2l purified water
Wash the lemons thoroughly. If you are not using organic lemons, leave them for a couple of hours in a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar. Slice the lemons, peel the garlic and blend together with ginger. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Place the mixture in a saucepan and add 2l water. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let cool. Strain the mixture using gauze and store in glass bottles. You can also consume it unstrained.
