  • 125g horseradish
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 tsps honey
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • ginger (a 2cm piece)


Using a food processor, blend the ginger and horseradish. Slice the lemons making sure you remove the seeds. Then, blend the lemons (unpeeled) and mix them together with the horseradish and ginger. In the end, add the honey, cinnamon and mix all the ingredients together. Place in a glass jar and close tightly. For longer shelf life, it’s best to keep the mixture refrigerated. Take one cup of this every day and your belly fat will simply disappear!
